Frequently Asked Questions

 Effective  April 1st, 2023, the rush order fee is $10 for orders up to $100 or 10% for orders over $100.

 Effective  April 1st, 2023, we charge $0.70 per mile between our Orlando location  and your event location on a round trip for venues that are 2 miles or  farther. The distance will be determined by the average distance between  three routes as calculated by Google Maps.

 Effective  April 1st, 2023, we charge a flat delivery fee of $10 for venues that are less than 2 miles away from our Orlando location.

For  weeding and three-tier cakes there's a minimum setup and delivery fee of $60 for venues that are 25 miles or less from our Orlando location.

Delivery (up to 35 miles) and set up fees are included in our Wedding  Packages. 

There is a minimum order amount of $350 for deliveries farther than 20 miles from our pick up location.

 We  deliver to Orlando, Oviedo, Sanford, Winter Park, Longwood, Altamonte  Springs, Lake Mary and Surrounding areas. However, depending on the location of  your event venue, we may still be able to deliver your order. If you don't see your area listed here, please  contact us to find out.

We are an online-only business, which means we do not have a brick and mortar store. You may pick up your order at our pick up location at 700 Crest Pines Dr. Orlando, FL 32828, or we may deliver it to you for a fee.
